Perspective is a critical factor in developing business management strategies. It can be difficult when you realize that as the founder of a business, your vision is not always enough to turn your dream into a viable reality. Sometimes it’s too hard to let go of an idea that you had, even when it is obviously not working. Other times, you keep using antiquated technology or methodology because it worked well enough when you started, and you don’t realize how much better you could do with more current tools.
