N. Scott Grinder
The President of Christian Sports International. He graduated from Seneca Valley High School and attended Butler County Community College . Then went to the Specialized Umpire Training School to begin a 13-year professional career in baseball as an umpire. He was fortunate enough to work parts of four seasons in the National League. He walked away from the game in 1986 because he felt God called him to raise a family. He worked the next 15 years as a sales estimator for Robinson Industries, Inc. in Zelienople , PA. He has scouted for the New York Yankess and Tampa Bay Devil Rays. In June of 2000 he became the Executive Vice President of Christian Sports International after volunteering for seven years in the ministry. When Scott speaks God has used him to touch many hearts with the good news of Jesus Christ. Scott is married to his wife Lynn and has three children Michael, Gabriel and Sarah.

David L. Rettig
Dave is the Founder of Christian Sports International. A Shaler High School and University of Central Florida graduate. He played baseball at UCF, toured with Athletes In Action and played in the Japanese League as a pitcher. It was here that God showed him a vision to reach children through sports. Dave founded Christian Sports International in 1990 and worked as a volunteer until 1997 then began full time ministry. When Dave speaks God uses him to his fullest to reach men and families with the message of Jesus Christ. Currently he is an associate scout with the Florida Marlins. Dave is married to his wife LJ and has a son Seth.

Mark Salazar
Mark the Executive Director CSI West which opens in 2007. Mark is a 1997 graduate of the University of San Diego High School and was ranked among the Top 100 players in the Nation by Baseball America. Mark has worked as Camp Director/Instructor with Christian Sports International in the past, an Elementary School Program Leader with The YMCA, an intern Youth Pastor/Ministry Coordinator with The ROCK Church, a Campus Director with Campus Life, and most recently, a Youth Pastor (Jr./Sr. High) at Canyon Springs Church in San Diego. Mark will be reaching out to children in the urban and suburban neighborhoods in and around San Diego to establish CSI. The future of CSI West is overflowing with opportunity for Mark to reach children in the west coast region of our nation.

Robin Cole
Robin is a Compton High School and University of New Mexico graduate. A former All-Pro linebacker and two-time Super Champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Robin believes that we are all born to win, but conditioned to lose. If we change the input, we can change the output. A dynamic speaker that touches the hearts of students and families brings his unique perspective to crucial areas in their lives. Robin grew up in a predominately gang-related environment in Compton , CA through his persistence and personal objectives he rose above those problems with a belief in Jesus Christ. Robin is married and has four children.

Sid Bream
Sid was raised in Carlisle , PA and a graduate of Liberty University . A former ten year veteran major league baseball player with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros. Sid is a dynamic speaker that touches the hearts of youth and adults with the good news of Jesus Christ. Sid is married and has four children.

Charlie Aeschliman
Charlie is a graduate of Wheaton Central High in Wheaton , IL and Southern Illinois University. Charlie served for ten years as an elite Navy S.E.A.L. He speaks entertains and connects with people of all ages as he has entertained thousands of fans at NBA and college games as "Secret Agent Jam!" He is considered by many to be the best trick basketball handler in the world and was recently crowned NIKE's, "National Playoff Festival Champion." He has also entertained at the NCAA Final Four in 2002 and 2003. Charlie currently lives in Brea , CA. Charlie's experiences will have you captivated as he shares how God strengthened him while defending against the enemy of his body and soul.

Bobby Martin
Bobby is a graduate of Lewiston Porter Central High, Niagara Falls , NY and Syracuse University. Bobby is an NHRA Funny Car driver for the DaimlerChyrsler Corporation. Talk about extreme! How about 0 to 249 miles per hour in 5.74 seconds? That's the kind of ride you experience in the CAP "Avenger". Bobby's testimony will encourage you deeply, as you hear how God moves in his life as he races on the edge of eternity.

Ted Peterson
Ted is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University . A former two-time Super Bowl Champion of the Pittsburgh Steelers as an offensive lineman. Ted enjoys talking about, Why We Need Each Other, Faith in the Huddle, and Winning the Super Bowl of Life. Ted is currently the athletic director at Upper St. Clair High School in Pittsburgh , PA.

Tom McGough
A former number one draft pick of the Cleveland Indians and pitched for a short time with the Indians in the Major Leagues. Currently works for Cornerstone Television in Pittsburgh. Tom is married to Luci and has two sons Eric and Scott.
